The mission of Cabarrus Partnership for Children is to ensure that services in health, early education, child care and family support are available and accessible so that children enter kindergarten healthy and prepared to succeed in school

The mission of More at Four is to provide a high quality, language-based education program all day during the school year for children with risk factors for school failure.
