Call Julia Patterson or Jaclyn Smith at 704-920-1000.Early Intervention Liaison The Early Intervention Liaison Program provides outreach and early intervention coordination to our primary care pediatric and family practices and to the neonatal intensive care unit at CMC-Northeast. The Liaison provides training on developmental screenings and the use of uniform tools, and provides technical assistance to staff in setting up effective procedures to integrate screenings and follow-ups into office workflow so that referrals are tracked and children receive needed assessments and therapies.
