Partnership for Children Board Of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Cabarrus Partnership for Children is responsible for program and funding decisions for Smart Start and More at Four. Over 100 community leaders have served on the board since 1998.

Current board chair is Robert M. Shinn, retired administrator with Kannapolis City Schools. Previous board chairs were Roy Davis (1998-1999) and Dr. Valerie Sakach (1999-2001).
